TRA Kyoto Headquarters — The Home of Rocket Bunny & Pandem

At the heart of Rocket Bunny and Pandem lies TRA Kyoto Co., Ltd., a renowned Japanese automotive parts manufacturer headquartered in Kumiyama-cho, Kuse District, Kyoto Prefecture, Japan.

Led by Kei Miura - founder, designer, and CEO - TRA Kyoto has earned global recognition for its uncompromising approach to custom aero parts, widebody kits, and motorsport-inspired automotive design.

This isn’t a licensing office. It isn’t a design studio outsourcing production overseas. TRA Kyoto is a fully operational fabrication headquarters — where vehicles are scanned, ideas are visualised in 3D, cut, bent, tested and refined, then produced in-house.

Under the TRA Kyoto banner sit internationally registered trademarks including TRA-KYOTO, ROCKET BUNNY and, PANDEM — names that have become icons within global tuning, drift, and custom car culture.

What sets TRA Kyoto apart isn’t hype - It’s control and precision.

Inside the TRA Kyoto Manufacturing Facility

TRA Kyoto headquarters operates as a complete end-to-end production facility, allowing full control over design, development, and manufacturing of all Rocket Bunny and Pandem products.

Core equipment at the Kyoto facility includes:

Multi-axis CNC

Large-format (2500 × 1200 × 1000 mm) machining center - enabling precision machining of large-scale aero components and structural parts essential to widebody kit production.

Vacuum forming

For rapid prototyping (up to 900 × 600 mm) - used for rapid prototyping and the manufacture of lightweight plastic aerodynamic components, supporting fast design evolution.

Laser processing

A machine (900 × 600 mm) that delivers highly accurate cutting and engraving, preserving the sharp lines and complex details that define authentic Rocket Bunny and Pandem designs.

High-resolution 3D Scanner

Digitally captures vehicle bodies and existing components, ensuring accurate fitment, quality assurance, and consistent reproduction.

3D CNC Pipe Bender

Capable of automatically forming complex three-dimensional piping, supporting the production of roll cages, frames, and performance-focused components.

By maintaining all major processes in-house, TRA Kyoto controls the entire development cycle, ensuring quality, speed, and design integrity across every Rocket Bunny and Pandem product.

Multi-axis CNC

Rocket Bunny & Pandem — Two Brands, One Philosophy

From the TRA Kyoto headquarters emerged two of the most influential brands in modern automotive culture:

ROCKET BUNNY

Known worldwide for aggressive wide body kits, exposed hardware, oversized aero, and unapologetic styling. Rocket Bunny has become a staple in drifting, time attack, and street-driven builds that demand presence and performance.

PANDEM

A more refined expression of the same engineering mindset. Pandem body kits deliver motorsport-inspired design with cleaner integration, often found on high-performance street cars and competitive race vehicles.

Different visual approaches — sharing the same DNA… Both designed, developed, and produced through TRA Kyoto — under the direction of Kei Miura.

A Global Brand, Built in Kyoto

Today, TRA Kyoto, Rocket Bunny, and Pandem products are seen worldwide — at both Domestic & International auto shows, professional motorsport events, and within enthusiast communities that value authenticity over imitation.

Through official distributors such as Rocket Bunny Pandem Australia, these Japanese-engineered body kits, aero parts and wheels reach builders who understand that real culture is built — not mass-produced.

TRA Kyoto doesn’t just manufacture parts - From its Kyoto headquarters, it shapes modern car culture — one build at a time, from the one and only Kei Miura.
